MAGIT gas injection project

We are pleased to present the latest development in aluminium die casting: Gas Injection Technology. An innovation that is the result of our participation in the EU research and innovation programme “Horizon 2020” and was developed in cooperation with leading European companies.

The gas injection process is at the heart of this technology and enables the production of component cavities directly during the casting process. This results in more efficient production and improved material properties without the need for additional machining steps. Our latest explanatory video provides a detailed insight into this technology and its potential applications in aluminium die casting.

Key benefits include: no seals with screw connections, reduced component management, function integration / one-piece solutions, channels with deflections can be produced, lower investment and assembly costs.
