An exciting and eventful year with many highlights is coming to an end. Once again, ALUWAG AG looks back on 12 intense months full of beautiful moments - including the 50+1 year anniversary, which the company was finally able to celebrate extensively in June after a pandemic-related pause.

The time around the turn of the year is often a time for reflection and tranquility. A time to look back on the past and at the same time look confidently into the future. ALUWAG AG can also look back with joy on a 2022 that was characterized by forward-looking company developments, mastered challenges, and unforgettable moments.

One of these unforgettable moments was the 50+1 year anniversary celebration in June. After a long wait and pandemic-related pause, ALUWAG AG was finally able to celebrate with its employees, families, friends, and invited guests in early summer. An important celebration, because: entrepreneurial success is always the result of a competent, motivated team and strong partnerships. The company was able to maintain and further develop these important partnerships at this year’s EUROGUSS in Nuremberg, the largest and most important trade fair for die casting in Europe. But in 2022, ALUWAG AG not only invested in partnerships, but also in the expansion of mechanical processing at the Niederbüren site. After the first system was delivered in September 2021, a machine with one spindle and five axes was put into operation at the beginning of the year. In addition to the expansion of mechanical processing, two washing systems were added. A milestone in the company’s development. The company also managed to gain a foothold in the marine application sector, which pursues high technical requirements. The engineering team of ALWUAG AG has taken on the planning and production of parts for outboard motors with a 2-speed operation with a lot of effort and know-how.

To continue to meet the demands of the market and maintain its leading position in the international market, the company will once again rely on the commitment, experience, and trust of its employees, customers, and partners in the new year. Because they are the ones who make the success!
